Tower Rush Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tower Rush — whether through the website at towerrush.im or through the Tower Rush mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you as an individual user and Tower Rush as the platform operator.

Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms will be treated as your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check these terms from time to time to stay up to date. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

Tower Rush is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Tower Rush reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Tower Rush is lawful in your jurisdiction. Tower Rush does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific location and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your decision to use the platform.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player.
• You must be the registered account holder — no one else may use your account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Tower Rush account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in them.

When you register, you must provide your real name, a valid email address and a mobile number that you have access to. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Tower Rush will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the support team immediately.

Tower Rush may at any time request supporting documents — such as a copy of your CNIC or proof of your payment method — as part of account verification. Providing false documents or refusing to cooperate with verification requests will result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Tower Rush are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Tower Rush supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and selected cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and Tower Rush reserves the right to add or remove methods without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Tower Rush balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within a few minutes. Raast transfers are often processed just as quickly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed within the Deposit section of your account. Tower Rush does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may have their own charges which are outside of Tower Rush's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. Withdrawals are subject to review and Tower Rush reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal if there is a reasonable concern about fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these terms.

You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine winnings from betting or casino activity. Depositing funds without placing genuine bets, or cycling deposits and withdrawals without real play, is not permitted and may result in the forfeiture of funds.

5. Betting and Casino Rules

Tower Rush offers sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming products. Each product is governed by its own specific game or betting rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

5.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except in circumstances described in the sportsbook rules — for example, where a match is abandoned or a market is voided due to a data error. Tower Rush reserves the right to void bets that were placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error.

Cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals and other series, is covered extensively across Tower Rush's sports markets. In-play betting is available on selected markets and outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

5.2 Casino and Slots

Casino games, including live dealer games and slots, are provided by third-party game studios and are governed by the rules embedded in each game. Tower Rush is not responsible for errors or malfunctions within third-party game software, though we will work to resolve any such issues on your behalf where reasonably possible.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures, as applicable. The house edge for each game is reflected in the Return to Player (RTP) percentage which is available within the game information panel.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Tower Rush runs a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the promotion when it is offered to you. General rules that apply to all bonuses are set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses apply to first-time registrations and cannot be claimed more than once per person or household.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be played through before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Tower Rush reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus at any time. If a bonus is found to have been claimed fraudulently, it will be cancelled and the associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.

7. Responsible Gaming

Tower Rush is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment and should never be used as a way to make money or to deal with financial difficulties. If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use the tools available in your account settings and to seek appropriate support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Tower Rush account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: You can enable notifications that remind you how long you have been playing during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from the platform, you can apply for self-exclusion for a period of your choosing. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access it or receive promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: You can configure prompts that appear at regular intervals to inform you of the time elapsed and your net gaming outcome during a session.

Tower Rush is for adults aged 18 and above only. If you believe that a minor may have access to your account, you should secure your login credentials and contact our support team immediately.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Tower Rush. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's identity or payment details to open an account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform in any way that is intended to defraud Tower Rush or other users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any activity that constitutes sports fraud.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Tower Rush staff or other users via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tower Rush platform — including the Tower Rush name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to Tower Rush and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Tower Rush platform or its content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tower Rush provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect platform availability. Tower Rush will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of any disruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tower Rush will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by events outside Tower Rush's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures or force majeure events.

Nothing in these terms limits Tower Rush's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension and Account Closure

Tower Rush reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or abusive purposes.
• The identity or age of the account holder cannot be verified satisfactorily.
• Continuing to operate the account presents a risk to Tower Rush, other users or the integrity of the platform.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach on your part, any genuine balance remaining will be refunded to your registered payment method after applicable checks are completed. If the account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Tower Rush may withhold some or all of the balance depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the Tower Rush support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal way and the resulting balance processed as part of the closure.

12. Changes to These Terms

Tower Rush may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, new products, operational requirements or legal considerations. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of Tower Rush after the updated terms have been published will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
